I thought my feelings of unworthiness could be solved by proving I'm enough. Until I unlearned...
- I let go of the belief that my worth depended on my achievements or the roles I played.
- I broke free from systems that held me in cycles of shame, guilt, and unworthiness.
- I released the need to constantly prove my value to the world.
- I shed religious teachings that had rooted me in fear, doubt, and judgment
- I finally unlearned the idea that self-sacrifice and living without boundaries was kind.
In the process, I remembered...
I began to reclaim a love for myself that no longer required conditions or approval.
I remembered that joy and happiness are my birthright, choices I make with each moment.
I remembered that I am worthy of love because I am love.
I remembered that my heart knows the way, with my emotions and mind guiding me as gentle guardrails.
I remembered that thereās no need to search or strive; all I have to do is trust myself.
Hereās our soulās purpose: to be so fully present that you feel alive in every moment. To embrace each feeling as a companion on the journey, knowing itās all part of the experience, each emotion a signal guiding you closer or further from your true path. Every thought reveals who you once thought you were, while your heart whispers who you truly are.
To live fully here and now means to know deeply what ignites your spirit and what dims your lightāand to find the courage and confidence to honor that truth.
Remember, courage is born from facing our fears, not from avoiding them. And confidence grows from knowing that, no matter what challenges we encounter, we are held in love.
You deserve to be loved, not for what you do or who you areābut simply because Love loves you.

About Me
Iām a multi-passionate being with many roles, titles, accomplishments, and awards, but that does not make me who I am. I am me.
A consciousness comprised of feelings mixed with desires, wants, and needs. I am a sentient being curious about many passions and versions of myself. Some versions wish to do similar things, and some want different things.
This is why I have done many things, from engineering to healing. From motherhood and marriage to the questioning of the institution of marriage. From writer and author to speaker on controversial topics that I can somehow get people to be curious about and not defensive. Most likely because I am curious and not trying to prove right or wrong but genuinely want to understand.
Capitalism wants to put me in a box and provide an elevator pitch about what I do in one to two minutes, disregarding who I am. And thatās precisely who I am - the one who does not fit in a box and does not have a clear title, and smiles and says, āThatās an interesting question,ā when someone asks me what I do.
A being who wants to make an impact and change the world, as lofty as that seems. Yet, not through fighting or resisting, like I once thought. Instead, question and get curious about why things are the way they are and then bring higher levels of consciousness to create change.
Iām in the business of changing the world, no matter how small, in all that I do. Because thatās who I am.

I was a miracle baby. I was air-vacced at six-hours old for emergency surgery.
Traveling to spiritual sights around the world is my dream come true.
My favorite movies are Frozen II and Mary Magdalene, they reveal the secrets to life.
