Iām a writer, mother, engineer, and spiritual scholar whose work is rooted in spiritual activism. I write in the hope of healing, justice, change, and liberation. I write to challenge patriarchal norms and give language to what many women feel but have been taught not to trust.
ONCE UPON A TIME
I am deeply passionate about helping women understand how patriarchal religious oppression shapes their relationship with themselves, God, their bodies, their emotions, and their voice. What I care about most is helping women reclaim what was always theirs: worth, spiritual authority, self-trust, and the right to live fully as themselves.
For years, I thought my struggle was simply that I was not enough. I thought if I achieved more, proved more, sacrificed more, stayed small enough, stayed kind enough and pleased enough, then maybe I would finally feel worthy. But beneath that striving was something deeper. I eventually realized that what I had internalized was not just personal insecurity. It was the impact of patriarchal religious oppression.
I was taught, directly and indirectly, to distrust myself. To look outside of myself for authority. To believe that holiness meant following someone else's version of the Divine. To feel fear around my body, my desires, my emotions, my truth, and even my relationship with the Divine. I learned to suppress what I felt, silence what I knew, and work endlessly to prove my worth to systems that were never designed to affirm my full humanity, especially as a woman.
You deserve to be loved, not for what you do or who you areābut simply because you are Love.

The Shift
My healing required more than mindset shifts. It required grieving what was taken, questioning the stories I inherited, studying the systems that shaped me, and reclaiming my own spiritual authority. Through my masterās work in Women, Gender, Spirituality, and Social Justice, I found language for what I had lived. I studied feminist theology, mujerista theology, womenās ways of knowing, spiritual activism, and the misuse of religious power. I came to understand that my struggle with worth was not separate from the systems I had been formed inside.
What transformed me most was not argument for argumentās sake, but learning that theology, spirituality, and scholarship must move us toward love, justice, liberation, and care for the vulnerable. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not just personal. It is spiritual. It is relational. It is cultural. And it is deeply connected to the stories women have been told about who they are and who they are allowed to be.
Today, I help women reconnect to themselves with compassion and clarity. I help them name the grief, anger, shame, anxiety, over-responsibility, perfectionism, and self-abandonment that have shaped their lives. I help them understand that many of these patterns were never proof that something was wrong with them. They were often the result of living inside systems that disconnected women from their worth and taught them to seek permission for what was already sacred within them.
My calling is to serve women and children. My scholarship, spirituality, and activism are not separate paths. They are one calling. I believe women deserve to feel safe in their bodies, grounded in their truth, connected to the Divine, and free to live without constantly proving they are enough. I believe healing means reclaiming voice, embodiment, agency, joy, and spiritual authority. And I believe love without justice is incomplete.
This is the heart of my work: helping women unlearn fear, come home to themselves, and rise in truth, worth, and freedom.
