On my personal journey, like many others, I sought clarity and purpose. Over time, I realized the importance of reconnecting with our inner selves and discerning the truth that resonates with us. And, it's not about having everything figured out. It's about growing, healing, expanding, trusting, and deepening our connection to the Divinity within and around us. I'm a multi-passionate woman. I'm an engineer, author, workshop facilitator, mom of three, and so much more. I don't fit into a box, in fact here boxes are not advised. I'm dedicated to inspiring women to be their authentic self. How? I teach women how to break free from limiting beliefs, heal emotional overwhelm, and reconnect with their true selves. To move from disempowerment to empowerment through my writings, videos, and resources.
With 15 years of experience in engineering and a deep passion for personal growth (so much so that I'm getting my masters in Women, Gender, Spirituality, and Social Justice), I blend logic with intuition, offering both practical strategies and spiritual insights for navigating life's challenges.
While working in engineering, I continue my mission through Rooted in Worth, a platform providing resources, workshops, and a YouTube channel designed to support women in emotional healing, self-discovery, and spiritual empowerment.
Through my book Reclaim Your Self, guided meditations, and my transformative three-step rediscovery process, I teach women how to honor their emotions, trust their inner wisdom, and cultivate lives of freedom, confidence, and authenticity.
I am passionate about revealing hidden truths—whether in spirituality, societal structures, or self-discovery—to help women break free from systems that keep them stuck.
